ARE YOU READY FOR EXTREME BOOT CAMP? We are an intense 6-week program designed for optimum fitness and/or weight loss. All fitness levels welcome but we must warn, it's not for everyone. EBC is for those who are ready to turn excuses into commitment for a better, healthier, more fulfilling life. We're here to help! Give us SIX WEEKS and we'll give you real RESULTS that you can see and feel. Ditch the "I can't" attitude, make lifelong friends with common goals and be the YOU you dream of! YOU CAN! …so, are you ready?
Extreme Boot Camp is designed around a six-week membership beginning with your ORIENTATION, which includes a weigh-in, measurements, body fat analysis, fitness-level test in and a thorough explanation of our champion nutrition program.
Next is six weeks of 1 hour CLASSES, five days per week. Classes may consist of one or all of the following:
Static and rhythmic stretching
Running /walking
Military exercise drills
Stair climbing
Calisthenics
Resistance training
Obstacle courses
Track speed training
Plyometrics
Steep hill drills
Gravity-defying glute exercises and thigh-strengthening moves
Power yoga
Mat palates
Free weight exercises
Bands/tubes or Body Bars
Ab and all-around core training
Agility and power drills
Partner drills
Jumping Rope...
Each day is different, designed to work on various areas of the body to improve your overall health.
At the end of six weeks we'll re-weigh, re-measure and re-test to get your session results. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish in just six weeks!
Finally, we celebrate with a GRADUATION PARTY with boot campers, families and friends to commend your hard work and accomplishments.
